Kevin, Dad, and I went to the building supply store yesterday for various 4 x 4s, carriage bolts, and playground equipment. We built the frame yesterday evening and then picked up again this morning, adding braces, building a platform for the slide, adding the swing and steering wheel, and my favorite part, the climbing wall:
Harry was super excited to help and walked around the backyard like a big man, alternately holding a mallet, a rachet, and a screwdriver, all under Grandma's watchful eye. He was pretty excited about the finished product, which was unveiled after his nap, but he did ask us what happened to all of the fun tools.
