It has been a little bit crazy around here lately, but with only two weeks left in summer semester it's finally starting to wind down a little bit. Harry has been spending two days a week with Grandma and Grandpa, and he and Kevin are having a boys' night every Wednesday while I have my Microbiology class. From what I can divine, boys' night consists of McDonald's, a walk to the park, a popsicle, and a bath. Harry is obsessed with popsicles right now, in particular freeze pops. He has this charming habit of calling them "tops," possibly because "popsicle" is too difficult, or maybe because they're in the freezer, which is on top of the refrigerator. He asks for one every day after breakfast, but we remain tough and keep popsicles as an after-lunch treat.
We also bought him, with some of the profits from our yard sale, this toy vacuum. Harry loves it and plays with for an hour a day, easily. It makes a noise like the crowd at a baseball game and has a little light on the front like our vacuum, so it's a big hit. My father-in-law saw it and said, "That would be perfect for our trailer!" (I did not have the heart to tell him it was not a real vacuum.)

To be fair to the father-in-law, I thought it was a real vacuum at first. I was excited to see you had put the tyke to work!
This is just an idea from your lazy mom.....how about adding your knit blog to your blogroll so I don't have to scroll down to find the post that includes it and that way your knitting friends who may have missed that post will know where to look for your knitting stuff since it no longer appears here and they are surely missing some good stuff. Love the scarf.
(Is that the longest sentence ever?)
